Dancing yoga, the perfect fusion of body and soul! Anyone can learn and enjoy, regardless of fitness levels. Join on Thursday evenings in September for an upbeat and energizing dance aerobics class led by Genesis Perdomo Santos with the backdrop of golden hour on the East River! Genesis will lead an interval-style dance fitness class that has effective aerobic and strength training with a combo of fast and slow tunes to tone and sculpt the body. No special equipment required - just bring water!
